For your resume review

We use your verified email, the information you submit, and your resume to provide human-reviewed, AI-assisted resume improvement and contact you about it. Your resume is stored privately and accessed through restricted internal tools. Reviewers may use ChatGPT to assist with wording and structure; unnecessary identifying information should be removed before that step.

Optional ways to stay in touch

WhatsApp is optional. If provided, it may be used for relevant review updates or opportunities you have chosen to hear about. You can receive your resume review by email without providing a phone number.

The Talent Pool is your choice

Joining is optional and off by default. It allows contact about potentially suitable Malaysia opportunities. It does not authorize automatic referrals or third-party resume sharing. We ask for your confirmation before a specific referral or submission.

Corrections, withdrawal & deletion

Contact airesumesupport@gmail.com from your signed-in email for corrections, Talent Pool withdrawal, or deletion. Our target for handling valid deletion requests is 1–7 business days, subject to any lawful retention requirements.

Only include information relevant to your resume review. Please remove identity numbers, banking information, and confidential information from previous employers.
